Our policy lasts for 30 days. Unfortunately we can't offer you a refund or exchange exceeding 30 days of purchase.

Exchanges (if applicable)

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Shipping

To return your product, please mail your product to: 1804 Socorro Lane, Irving, Texas, US, 75061 You are responsible for shipping costs of returning your items and shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Dependiendo de dónde usted viva, el tiempo que pueda tardar en llegarle el producto intercambiado puede variar.
